BEAUTIFUL GARNATXA BLANCA VINES

Grape varieties: Noble vines of 100% Garnatxa Blanca from various areas of the DOQ Priorat

Terrain: Slate (llicorella)

Production method: Cold maceration for 2 days in order to extract the maximum character from the grapes.  30 % fermented over 3 months in new French oak barrels and 70 % fermented in stainless steel tanks. Subsequent ageing on the lees for a period of 11 months.

Vines of between 5 and 30 years old, grown on slate
